At House of Racket, we are committed to your satisfaction.
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We strive to deliver genuine, undamaged products that meet your expectations — but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

 

Eligible Return & Exchange Scenarios

You can request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Sizing issue

Timeframe to Raise a Request:

  • Wrong product / Damaged item: Within 48 hours of delivery
  • Sizing or quality issues: Within 7 days of delivery

📦 Product Return Guidelines

To ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly:

  • Racquets must be completely unused, with the plastic wrap on the handle intact and no shuttle marks or scratches on the strings or frame.
  • Footwear must be unworn, clean, and in brand-new condition, with original tags, packaging, and shoe box intact.
  • Products must be shipped using a trackable courier service — you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  • Free reverse shipping is available only for wrong product received cases. For all other return/exchange requests, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns for:

  • Rackets with string/grip customization
  • Personalized T-Shirts
  • Socks, Towels, Wrist Bands
  • Shuttlecocks (Feather/Nylon)
  • Grips, Water Bottles, Insoles

Note: Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled or returned once placed.


💸 Refund Policy

If the product requested for exchange is not available, a full refund will be issued:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded in the form of store credit

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, after product inspection and approval.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank — sometimes processing takes time
  4. If still unresolved, email us at support@houseofracket.in

🛑 Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation.
