How to Measure Your Foot
Place your foot flat on the floor against a wall. Measure the distance from the heel to the tip of your longest toe.
Always use the longer foot measurement for best fit.
Heel to Toe Length (in cm) is the most accurate way to choose your shoe size.

Balanced power and control
More control • Precision shots • Smaller sweet spot
Recommended Tension by Player Level

Key Considerations
- Performance: Proper tension balances power and control.
- Injury Prevention: Too much tension can strain the arm.
- Racket Safety: Never exceed the recommended tension.
- Beginners: Lower tension helps with mishits.
- Plastic Shuttles: Reduce tension by 2–3 lbs.
- String Lifespan: Depends on play frequency.
Final Recommendation
Beginners: Choose lower tension for comfort and power.
Advanced players: Higher tension gives better precision.
